I was in a really bad mood today and really snacked bad, but I still stayed in my range since dinner was so low in points. I am pretty proud of myself. I had wanted to do more activity, but it was cold so I didn't get the chance. Also, my neck was hurting really badly from the nerve stretches that I had to do.

Lunch:
Pizza hut buffet-- This was not my idea. I tried to be good, but probably had about 14 points.
Dinner tonight is going to be pizza rustica because it is what we have to make . This is going to be very high in the point range too since it is ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms all in a pie crust.
I will start with the good food next week when I go to the store, but for right now this is what we have so I will just have to do some portion control and work out.
I had a walk planned for today but the wind is really high so we will have to skip it. Maybe some crunches and lunges and stuff since we will be stuck inside.
So I did some kiddo aerobics with Cori outside. It was so fun and she was so cute. We "worked out" for 20 mins doing marching, "high knees" which when Cori said it-it sounded like heiney and it was so cute, arms circles, squats, toe touches and sky reaches, and running in place and jumping. It was fun and I wish we had it on video. Some moderate activity which sure beat sitting on our rear-ends after a high point, super yummy pizza rustica.

So the rest of the day was really bad because we had the bbq. For lunch and dinner I enjoyed myself and had brisket, bread, potato salad, beans, ribs, chips and dip and one cupcake--even though I really wanted two.
Not too bad of a day, even though I did over eat a little and made my belly hurt.
I didn't get a work out in. We had intended on taking the kids for a walk, but then it got dark and we never did.

I am Losing It
I start PT on Monday for my shoulder/neck/back pain. Hopefully I can get some pain relief and the heachaches will go away and I will feel better.
I have been wearing a pedometer for the month of October and participating in Walktober with the hospital, but I must admit I haven't been very good about trying to increase my steps and walk more. Stuff keeps getting in the way, but NO MORE EXCUSES!
I am going to get out there and walk/run/work my butt off. Literally.
The picture was taken in July. I was 182 lbs. This is the only full body picture I can find. I am always the one taking pictures so I am not usually in them. The shirt I am wearing in the pic is an xtra large and the pants are size 16.
My weight today is 177--so I have already lost 5 lbs.
